THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE PART OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
RENTER is responsible for the safekeeping of the building and all its contents and must remain on the property at all times during the rental. Renter will be charged for repairs of damaged equipment and replacement of lost equipment.
Maximum capacity of building - 280 Main Hall for dining - 130 Main Hall for assembly - 250
EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL FEE: 150 brown folding chairs, 16 six foot long tables (30 in wide), 5 eight foot long tables, and 20 card tables. Kitchen facilities include two coffee makers with a third for hot water, one microwave, 2 gas ranges, and two refrigerators. All outside extra equipment brought in by the renter must be removed at the end of the event.
The Center is air conditioned.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING Cigarette receptacles are provided in the Garden Patio area and outside the kitchen and front doors and should be used accordingly.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: NO HARD LIQUOR Champagne, wine and beer are permissible. (Keg beer must remain in the Garden Patio area.)
DECORATING - NO FREE FLOATING BALLOONS - NO SILLY STRING Blue 3M tape may be used inside, but NO, PINS TACKS, OR STAPLES to attach decorations to the walls. Please remove all tape. Hooks are provided to hang decorations from the ceiling. No balloons or decorations to be attached to the trees. Birdseed outside the building is fine. No rice to be thrown in the building or in the yards. Ladders provided for decorating and are located in the storage room.
MUSIC Bands, DJ’s, boom boxes may be used but the volume must be kept low enough so as not to disturb the neighbors. If music can be heard from the north or south property line, it is too loud. Music must be turned off by 10:00 PM. Keeping the doors closed helps to contain the music.
ON SITE MANAGER If the “on site” manager deems it necessary to contact local law enforcement to ensure the safekeeping of the premises, the renter forfeits the security deposit.
